DEEP TISSUE BACK, NECK & ARM MASSAGE WITH ENERGY REBALANCING AND CHANNELLED LIGHT LANGUAGE
I blend together targeted, release work with eastern style relaxation techniques to create a restorative & powerful treatment. Special attention is paid to the meridian channels of the arms which opens, releases and nourishes the heart, lung and small intestine meridians providing numerous physical and mental health benefits. I provide a deep tissue massage around the neck & base of the skull followed by shamanic energy rebalancing and channeled light language. You uniquely recieve exactly the support from within you to move forwards.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a foot treatment that is known worldwide for its assistance in helping people manage many health conditions. Massaging the reflex points of the feet treats the whole of your body. All organs and systems begin to detoxify and receive an increase in blood flow, this helps your body & mind to function healthily.
The nervous system relaxes supporting natural healing to take place within. I combine this treatment with vibration energy medicine which stiumlates and releases held tensions and toxcicity from the meridian channels of the body & usui reiki to create a deeper level of health, harmony & healing.
GUIDED MEDITATION
A soothing, non touch therapy that will guide you back home to yourself. Throughout this session we will integrate beautiful, simple meditation techniques that you can easily take home with you and apply within your life. In an often busy world, take solace in the peaceful practice of meditation, a tool that will be with you throughout your life.
