REFLEXOLOGY HEALTH CARE
Reflexology is an ancient health treatment that is known world wide for its assistance in supporting people with many health conditions.
Massaging the reflex points of the feet treats the whole of your body. All organs and systems detoxify and receive an increase in blood flow helping your body & mind function healthily. The nervous system unwinds allowing healing to take place within.
I combine this treatment with usui reiki to create a deeper level of healing
AYURVEDIC FACIAL

Facial massage with kansa wand lymphatic drainage (optional).
An Ayurvedic facial is more than a beauty treatment, it is a nourishing spiritual experience. I use a blend of pure, natural skincare products by Tri-dosha & apply specific deep tissue massage techniques to naturally lift, firm and detox your skin. The application of unique Kansa metal wands is an ancient practice which stimulates and drains the lymph, you can tangibly see your skin detoxing. Includes foot or Indian head,neck, shoulder massage.
USUI REIKI
The Usui System of reiki is a Japanese Healing Art. The Japanese word ‘reiki’ can be translated as universal life force energy.
The word healing is used in the sense of regaining strength& harmony. A reiki treatment works subtly to rebalance energy centres that make up your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual self. It can be performed hands on or off. It is a soothing mediative treatment, helping people with many difficult life situations.
DEEP TISSUE BODY WORK
A skilled and transformative therapy which deeply releases and smoothes muscle tissue, freeing dense fascia. You will feel lighter, brighter and able to move with reduced pain. Deep western style body work performed in a beautiful meditative eastern way, the best of both worlds. A full body treatment includes back, hips, legs, arms, neck, head and yogic stretch of the limbs coming to a close with shamanic energy balancing & relaxation to integrate the physical and emotional transformation.

TRADITIONAL INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
A deeply healing experience, many describe themselves feeling as though they are floating & able to release that which ails them. Massage of the head, scalp, neck, ears and shoulders is the perfect remedy for many of lifes’ stressful situations.

MUNAY-KI
Munay Ki is a Peruvian shamanic practice that promotes healing, personal growth and spiritual connection to the earth.
Munay-ki is a Quechua word that means I love you. In the Andean tradition, Munay ki is understood as a power or energy that is transmitted through the heart. When we connect with Munay ki, we open ourselves up to limitless possibilities for love and compassion in our lives.
GUIDED
MEDITATION
A soothing, non touch therapy that will guide you back home to yourself. Throughout this session we will integrate beautiful, simple meditation techniques that you can easily take home with you and apply within your life. In an often busy world, take solace in the peaceful practice of meditation, a tool that will be with you throughout your life.
